Transcript Upload Dates

Semester 1 grades are finalized mid-January.  

Transcripts are uploaded to Parchment and ready to be released to colleges after they are finalized.  Use "HOLD FOR GRADES" when placing a transcript order to colleges in January.

Semester 2 grades are finalized mid-June.

Transcripts are uploaded to Parchment and ready to be released to colleges after they are finalized.  Use "HOLD FOR GRADES" when placing a transcript order to colleges to show final grades and proof of graduation.
