Our Mission

The Tech Office at Red Mountain High School is dedicated to supporting the educational goals of Mesa Public Schools by delivering reliable technology services, hands-on support, and innovative solutions tailored to our campus needs.

We collaborate closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless access to tools, resources, and infrastructure necessary for effective teaching, learning, and administrative success.

As part of the district's technology initiatives, we address campus-specific challenges while contributing to the broader mission of Mesa Public Schools' Information Systems. Whether troubleshooting devices, maintaining network stability, or training users on new tools, we're here to support the Red Mountain community.

Tech support is available through many methods:

  • Email or call one of our Tech Support Specialists listed below.

In the event you need urgent tech support outside of our office hours, you may call the District Help Desk: +1 (480) 472-0044

  • Option 1: Computer/Printer Support, Copier Repair, Telephone, Fax Repair, Internet, E-mail

  • Option 2: Synergy (Student Information) Support 

The District HelpDesk is available Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
