Traffic Safety

Driver's Education is a one-semester course offered to all students in grades 9-12. Helps students develop knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for performing as a competent vehicle operator and highway user. The student must intend to get a driver's license or be 15 years and 6 months before November 1st for first semester classes and by April 1st for second semester classes.  

There are no fees for this elective class but other related opportunities offered are the Driving Permit Seminar and Behind the Wheel training. The three hour Driving Permit Seminar class is offered numerous times throughout the school year, and Behind the Wheel registration is ongoing.
